Lemon Cream Raspberry Cupcakes with Lemon Buttercream
You may think that the frosting looks a bit wilted in the picture; without going into too much detail I'll just say that I've now changed the way the lemon juice is added, so with my new improved technique the recipe should finally, finally be perfect.
